Hi, I am Tay!

Hello! I am Tayza, but you can call me Tay. As the photographer and proud owner of Blissful Memories Studio, I would like to share a bit about my journey.
Originally from Brazil, I ventured to the US in 2015 as an Au Pair. After spending 7 months in Utah, I found myself residing with a wonderful family in Chevy Chase, MD. It was there that I met my supportive husband, David, at our local church, and we exchanged vows in September 2017.
My passion for photography ignited in 2013 while collaborating with a photographer in Brazil. Since then, my adoration for the art has only deepened, propelling me to continually enhance my skills and capture the essence of individuals through my lens. Dedication drives me to consistently expand my knowledge and craft to provide clients with unparalleled experiences and lasting memories. This commitment to growth fuels my desire to deliver superior service and exceptional imagery to all those who trust me with their special moments.

We focus on a minimalistic and elegant aesthetic, carefully curated to encapsulate the unique beauty and love of each individual. Our client closet includes a selection of attire for mothers and children up to 18 months old, thoughtfully chosen to complement our photography style. Rest assured, our team offers styling assistance for your entire family, ensuring a stress-free experience.
For newborn sessions, we supply an array of fabrics, outfits, wraps, and props—all meticulously cleaned and sanitized before and after each use.
